The Zephyrs blew out the Isotopes and Ruben Gotay led the way with the stick. He went two for four with two doubles and five RBIs. Fernando Tatis went two for four with a double, a homerun, two RBIs and two runs.
Jorge Sosa picked up the win and he improved to 3-0 on the season. He gave up two runs on seven hits with eight strikeouts in seven solid innings.
New Orleans hung to win today in a tight 7-6 game that saw Memphis score four runs in the final two frames. Jason Alfaro had the big hit of the game though. He went two for four with a grand slam in the sixth inning to give the Zephyrs the lead. Lastings Milledge had a great day at the plate as well. He was a perfect four for four with a solo homerun and three runs.

The New Orleans Zephyrs swept their double header over Nashville with two impressive pitching performances. In the first game, Jorge Sosa threw six shutout innings and he gave up just two hits in the win. Fernando Tatis singled and drove in two runs in the 3-2 win.
Chan Ho Park threw six shutout innings as well in game two. He struck out six and walked one. Anderson Hernandez went two for four with a double and he scored the lone run in the win.
