Mike Pelfrey was shelled in the Zephyr’s 8-3 loss to Omaha.  He gave up five runs (four earned) on seven hits and two walks with a strikeout in 3 2/3 innings.  The loss drops him to 0-1 on the season since getting sent back down to the minors.

Chip Ambres was the hitting star in the win. He went two for four with a homerun and two runs scored.
