Sand Gnats Outslugged By Greenville

by @ 11:02 pm. Filed under Savannah Sand Gnats - April 2007, Daniel Stegall, Todd Privatt, Hector Pellot

The Sand Gnats got plenty of offense but the pitching wasn’t there in a 13-9 loss to Greenville.  Hector Pellot went three for five with two runs and an RBI while Daniel Stegal went two for six with three runs.  In all, six different Sand Gnats scored and three drove in at least two runs.

Todd Privett was shelled though, as were the two relievers who followed him. Privett gave up eight runs on eight hits and a walk with three strikeouts in 2 2/3 innings.
